Nutan Construction presently a partnership firm constituted on 1990 consisting of two partners namely, Sri Arun Kumar Singh and Sri Sanjay Kumar Sinha, the working partner of the firm, commenced its business on 1989.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
The aforesaid partnership firm has been constituted with the objective of carrying on the business of buying, developing, selling and dealing otherwise also in lands and buildings including commercial / residential multistoried building complexes / apartments for profit and carries out such other business of constructions on contract with other firms and societies as it deems fit and proper in its interest.
The aforesaid partnership firm has, in course of its partnership business, already constructed several multistoried building complexes and has also sold several units of the same to the buyers and is further pursuing its business in the State of Bihar and elsewhere;
The first apartment made by firm was Nutan Vihar Apartment, a residential-cum-commercial building complex, situated at Doctor’s Colony, Kankarbagh Main Road, Patna-20, in the year 1989.
Thereafter, the firm started builder/developer work in full swing, made about 50 building complexes in & around the state of Bihar, having plans fully approved by Patna Regional Development Authority and other authority, as required, from time to time.
The commencement of firm’s business started with small capital, rose by leaps & bounds, reaching great heights in recent years due to firm’s goodwill & reputation in selling good quality flats in past & to the prospective buyers.
The firm now had taken some prestigious projects in & around Patna which shall yield good profits as well as raise the standard of developing building complexes of the firm.
